To restore custom settings, copy the commands folder (and Projects or other needed custom settings) back into the original location and restart Flash Professional.

Note: You can skip the following steps if you do not want to save your old preferences. You can start the application while holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift to delete and reset the preferences to the default.

To delete the preferences on Windows, delete the following registry entries.

When you delete the preferences files, Flash creates new files with default settings the next time you start Flash. To re-create the preferences files, delete the following items:
